Dick Morris has a new book coming out next week titled, "Armageddon: How Trump Can Beat Hillary"

Political strategist Dick Morris echoed Donald Trump's criticisms of Hillary Clinton Wednesday, telling Newsmax TV she is a corrupt politician whose scandals go back four decades.

"I think the key thing is that Hillary's scandals go back literally 40 years. And much of the current electorate didn't know about it," Morris told host Miranda Khan on "Newsmax Prime."

"It's a record that really needs to be brought to the public."

Morris mentioned the myriad of scandals have surrounded Clinton during her career as a lawyer and a politician.

"Twice she's narrowly escaped indictment, both times by lying. She has been implicated in scandal after scandal," Morris said, referencing a stock market scandal, the Whitewater scandal, and the money she made with husband Bill via what Morris called bribes from other countries.

"Trump really needs to enumerate all of these to underscore his point, which is she is the single most corrupt person ever to run for president of the United States," Morris said.

"She used to want money to get power. Now she wants power in order to make money."
