Andrew Langer: Tom Steyer's Giving Has an Agenda

By    |   Friday, 22 August 2014 02:15 PM EDT

Billionaire environmental activist Tom Steyer is pouring millions into green projects not out of altruism but as an investment strategy, Institute for Liberty President Andrew Langer said Friday on Newsmax TV's "America's Forum."

"Tom Steyer knows that for this money that he spends now he'll be able to make it up on the back end in grants to projects and subsidies to projects that he controls to the tune of $100, $200, $300 million down the road," Langer said.
