The 2016 presidential race is already locked up — and it'll be Jeb Bush vs. Hillary Clinton, according to Bill Richardson, the former governor of New Mexico and a top Democrat in the Bill Clinton White House.

"Jeb Bush will be their candidate and he'll be tough. It'll be Hillary against Bush. It could go either way."

Richardson, who served as chairman of the 2004 Democratic National Convention, already knows who he'll be backing.

"I'll be supporting Hillary, although she doesn't like me … because I endorsed [Barack] Obama."

Richardson, who unsuccessfully sought the 2008 Democratic presidential nomination, said he has no plans to ever seek the White House again.

"No, no, I'm done. You get one shot," he said.
