Hillary Clinton has "excluded" former President Bill Clinton from her White House campaign – and his Chicago fundraiser and other possible stump stops signal "she's in big trouble," journalist Edward Klein tells
Newsmax TV.
In an interview with "Newsmax Prime" host J.D. Hayworth on Friday, the author of
"Blood Feud: The Clintons vs. The Obamas," says "you know Hillary is in trouble when she rolls out the big dog."

"Up until now, Hillary has kept Bill under lock and key as far as the campaign is concerned," he said. "He hasn't been included in any of the campaign meetings. He hasn't gotten any briefings from the campaign. He's not part of conference calls. He has been really excluded. So the fact that she's rolling him out now,
not only in Chicago but apparently he's going to Texas and maybe California as well, indicates she's in big trouble."
It could backfire, though, Klein says.
"Bill is a double-edge sword," he said. "He can be a huge asset because he's a brilliant campaigner and speech-giver, but he can also be a big liability."
Klein pointed out that in Hillary Clinton's 2008 campaign
the former president angered many African American voters by calling then-Sen. Barack Obama's political campaign a "fairy tale."
