The terrorists killing, maiming and raping innocents all over the world — including the top fugitive in November's Paris attacks who was just captured in Belgium — are "subhuman" monsters who should be tracked down and executed, former Sen. Alan Simpson tells

"Kill the bastards!" Simpson, a Wyoming Republican, declared Friday on "The Steve Malzberg Show."

"I knew that they were probing close to the core when they picked up a guy in Belgium the other day. Those guys have their headquarters and their little cell just blocks from the police station there in Brussels.
"There's only one way to deal with these people: kill them. Now that's not a wholesome statement from a human, but let me tell you, these guys aren't human. They're subhuman, they're animals."
Salah Abdeslam, the last known surviving suspect in the Paris attacks by Islamic extremists in which 130 people died, was
captured alive on Friday after a shootout with masked, black-clad security forces.
Simpson also zeroed in on the Islamic State (ISIS), whom Secretary of State John Kerry on Thursday charged is committing genocide against Christians, Yazidis and Shiite Muslims in Syria and Iraq.
"They have something in their religious thing that you're not supposed to play around with another woman unless they're not pregnant, so they're feeding them contraceptives and then raping them," Simpson said.
"That's what they do, and then they behead people and they cut them up and they burn them alive. Kill the bastards!"
Simpson is also not averse to using enhanced interrogation techniques to get information out of terror suspects.
"When you catch a guy that's got blood all over his fingers and skin under his fingernails and then treat him with Marquis of Queensberry rules, you've got to be stupid … Take them on," he said.
