A progressive, pro-abortion group has put a bounty on the six conservative Supreme Court justices.

ShutDownDC offered $50 to people who harass any of the justices who voted in the majority to uphold the Mississippi law, Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization that led to overturning Roe v. Wade.

In a 6-3 decision on June 24, the court upheld the Mississippi law that bans abortion after 15 weeks of pregnancy, and ruled that the Constitution does not enshrine a right to an abortion, and that the issue belongs with the states.

Justices Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, Brett Kavanaugh, Neil Gorsuch, Amy Coney Barrett, and Chief Justice John Roberts voted in the majority on Dobbs.

"DC Service Industry Workers ... If you see Kavanaugh, Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch, Coney Barrett or Roberts DM us with the details!" ShutDownDC tweeted Friday morning,

"We'll venmo you $50 for a confirmed sighting and $200 if they're still there 30 mins after your message."

The group's post was attached to a retweet of news that Justice Kavanaugh had been forced to leave a Washington, D.C., restaurant by a back door after pro-abortion protesters showed up while he was eating Wednesday.

The tweet remained posted on Monday despite Twitter supposedly prohibiting users from encouraging or calling on others to harass an individual or group of people. "You may not engage in the targeted harassment of someone, or incite other people to do so. This includes wishing or hoping that someone experiences physical harm," the social platform's rules say.

ShutDownDC claims to be "an organizing space where individuals and groups can come together to organize direct action in the fight for justice."

The group also tweeted a response to the Washington Post's Ruth Marcus, who wrote a column saying "let them [the justices] eat their $200 steak dinners in peace, for decency's sake! We will fix this by voting harder!"

"AGAIN? @RuthMarcus @PostOpinions AGAIN? This is beyond parody at this point," ShutDownDC tweeted Friday afternoon.

Morton's Steakhouse, which defended having Kavanaugh at its Washington, D.C. restaurant, had seen a spike in fake reservations by pro-choice activists, Newsweek reported.
