President Donald Trump said Tuesday he would like to see a future North Korea summit at his posh Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida, Politico reported.

Trump has hosted foreign leaders at the Palm Beach club in the past, including Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and President Xi Jinping of China.

The president said a second summit with North Korea's Kim Jong Un "is happening" and the "timing won't be too far away," though he later said it would be after the Nov. 6 midterms, CNN reported.

Considerations are underway for "three or four different locations," Trump said, CNN reported.
