One day after Kellogg's pulled its advertising from the website and blacklisted it, Breitbart News responded Wednesday with a counterstrike — a petition to boycott the breakfast food giant.

"Kellogg's has shown its contempt for Breitbart's 45 million readers and for the main street American values that they hold dear," Breitbart President and CEO, Larry Solov wrote.

"Pulling its advertising from Breitbart News is a decidedly cynical and un-American act. The only sensible response is to join together and boycott Kellogg's products in protest."

On Tuesday, Kellogg's announced it was not only pulling its ads from Breitbart News, but also blacklisting the conservative outlet from sites where its products appear.

Breitbart's former chairman, Stephen Bannon, left the site to become Donald Trump's campaign chairman and is now the president-elect's top adviser.

"For Kellogg's, an American brand, to blacklist Breitbart News in order to placate left-wing totalitarians is a disgraceful act of cowardice," Breitbart Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow wrote.

"Boycotting Breitbart News for presenting mainstream American ideas is an act of discrimination and intense prejudice. If you serve Kellogg's products to your family, you are serving up bigotry at your breakfast table."
