Singer John Legend, his wife, Chrissy Teigen and Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell will be among those addressing House Democrats at their annual retreat next week, The Hill is reporting.
The Democrats are meeting at a resort in Virginia to discuss their legislative agenda.
The website said House Democrat Caucus Chairman Hakeem Jeffries of New York announced those speaking to the Democratic lawmakers, in a closed-door meeting on Tuesday.
Legend and Teigen, who is a model and author, have been critical of President Donald Trump in the past. Powell is expected to discuss the national economic situation.
The House Democrats had announced in January that they were postponing their annual retreat scheduled for February because of the government shutdown.
