Ivanka Trump suffered from postpartum depression after giving birth to all three of her children, President Donald Trump's daughter told Dr. Mehmet Oz in an interview.

In the interview set to air Thursday, Dr. Oz promoted the show and played some clips during his own appearance on Fox News' "Fox & Friends" morning show.

"With each of my three children, I had some level of postpartum … depression," Ivanka says in the upcoming interview on "The Dr. Oz Show."

"It was a very emotional and challenging time for me because I felt like I was not living up to my potential as a parent or as an entrepreneur or as an executive," Ivanka tells Dr. Oz. "And I had such easy pregnancies, that in some way the juxtaposition hit me even harder."

Dr. Oz commended Ivanka for opening up about it.

"I treasure the fact that she put herself out there, out on the line. She was very authentic saying, 'Guys, I get it. I've been there,'" Dr. Oz. said on Fox News.
