For the second year in a row, President Barack Obama has made it onto GQ magazine's list of the least influential people.

The irreverent, sometimes obscene, list maker, Australian-American Drew Magary, wrote that his 2014 roster — compiled in no particular order — was comprised of "people who took up vast clouds of oxygen, gave us back nothing of use, and probably helped accelerate the death of our planet."

Addressing the president directly, Magary ranted: "Why are you still on Martha's Vineyard?! Missouri is BURNING. Putin is conquering Europe. The CDC is playing nude Twister with Ebola patients."

After an aside about his own sexual activities being monitored by the NSA, Magary continued, "Are you even president anymore?"

Switching voices he concluded, "When Obama got blasted for golfing shortly after ISIS beheaded journalist James Foley, he said, 'I should've anticipated the optics.' How do you win the presidency without knowing that golfing makes you look rich and indifferent?"

When he put Obama on his 2013 list, Magary fumed: "I have spent the majority of this man's presidency watching bad things happen, then hearing a thoughtful speech about how we gotta make sure the bad things never happen again, and then watching as nothing gets done."

This year, Obama is in the company of 29 other people and institutions Magary does not like, from Donald Sterling and CNN to Rick Perry and the Secret Service. Also getting unfavorable mention are Sarah Palin, John McCain, and Dinesh D'Souza.

Both first lady Michelle Obama and 2012 Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney made the magazine's 2012 list.

GQ is published by Condé Nast and has a reported monthly circulation in the U.S. of about 800,000 copies.
