Diamond-Studded Water Bottle on Tap — for $2,600

Bottled water is already way more expensive than gasoline, but it’s about to get even more difficult to afford for some. A bottle is on sale in the Mideast emirate of Dubai for an outrageous $2,600.

But the bottle commands the price more than the liquid inside: The carafe has 10,000 Swarovski crystals hand applied on it.

Forbes already lists Bling H20 as the most expensive water in the world, while the water company’s own website quotes CNN as describing it as “sipping pure prestige.”

Now Bling H20 is going worldwide. Previously available only in the Harvey Nichols department store in Dubai, it now will be featured in the exclusive BeBe catalogue this fall.

And once you've emptied the bottle, remember, there's nothing to stop you filling it with good old tap water.
