A criminal who has been deported back to the Dominican Republic at least four times has turned up yet again in the United States.

The FBI says Richard Diaz-Garcia has been busted over and over again in Delaware since 2000 — and each time sent back to his native country, The News Journal reports.

Diaz-Garcia was first booted in 2000 when he pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute cocaine and resisting arrest. He was arrested again and sent back in 2002.

The News Journal says the convict, who has a wife and two kids in the U.S., was arrested here twice more between 2004 and 2008 and was kicked out both times.
