National Security Agency Director Mike Rogers reportedly told lawmakers he is frustrated with President Donald Trump's refusal to admit that Russia tried to influence last year's election.
CNN reports that Rogers made the revelation during a hearing that was closed to the media.
Rogers, according to the network, seemed to be frustrated with Trump's lack of attention on combatting Russian hacking and other methods the U.S. intelligence community said it used last year.
Trump has repeatedly voiced his frustration about the several ongoing investigations looking at whether his campaign colluded with the Russians.
At the same time, Trump has criticized former President Barack Obama for what he sees as not doing anything about Russia's election interference after the CIA presented evidence of the practice.
