Hillary Clinton's former IT aide who reportedly set up her private email address and server will be questioned this week about his role in the matter.

Bryan Pagliano, according to The Hill, is not expected to actually answer any questions during the Wednesday session. That act, however, could be incriminating for Clinton.

Pagliano has worked out a deal with Judicial Watch, the conservative watchdog group who has brought a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit on Clinton, to be given immunity in the case.

According to The Hill, the judge in the case would have the power to draw a conclusion based on Pagliano's silence since this is a civil case. And a lack of answers from Pagliano would leave more questions as Clinton pushes toward the presidential election in November.

Pagliano was originally supposed to answer questions related to the case two weeks ago, but he declined to testify under the premise of not incriminating himself. Judicial Watch announced Monday it has come to an agreement with the former State Department IT worker to be questioned.

Last month, the State Department said it found no email files that covered the time when Pagliano was on staff during Clinton's tenure as secretary of State, which one critic said "stinks to high heavens."
