Former first daughter Chelsea Clinton took to Twitter to scold Megyn Kelly over her next primetime guest, tweeting that the former Fox News anchor is "amplifying lies" of a notorious Sandy Hook truther.

Kelly, host of the new show "Sunday Night with Megyn Kelly" on NBC, has been promoting her interview with Alex Jones, the founder of InfoWars and conspiracy theorist (9/11 was a U.S. government operation, e.g.) who has been the loudest skeptic that the massacre of 26 children and teachers at a Newtown, Conn., elementary school in 2012 ever happened.

Chelsea Clinton expressed her dismay.

In her promotion of the Jones interview on her new network NBC this Sunday, Father's Day, Kelly attempts to put Jones into a corner on his position of Sandy Hook and told him "nothing excuses" what he has said about it.

Regardless, parents who lost children that day are outraged that Kelly is giving a primetime platform to Jones.
