CAIRO, April 4 (Reuters) -- Al-Jazeera television, citing unnamed witnesses, reported on Monday that forces loyal to Muommar Gadhafi had bombarded Misla oil field in eastern Libya. The report, appearing as a brief screen headline, did not give further details.
Misla, operated by the eastern-based Arabian Gulf Oil Company (Agoco) which is under the control of rebels, lies in the desert about 250 miles south of the rebel-held town of Ajdabiyah.
