Last week when President Joe Biden unveiled an amnesty program to fast track the admission of 365,000 new migrants into the United States, former-President Donald J. Trump simultaneously announced his plan to destroy the very drug cartels that Biden’s disastrous border policies have vastly empowered and enriched; cartels now responsible for the worst drug overdose crisis in American history.
One of those drug overdose victims was Alexander Neville.
He was just 14-years-old when his mother found him unresponsive and cold to the touch in his childhood bedroom in Aliso Viejo, California. His face blue.
Autopsy results later confirmed every parent’s worst nightmare.
Their beautiful son had died from a single counterfeit pill containing fentanyl that he bought via social media — a tragically familiar scenario playing out in nearly a quarter million households across America.
According to a 2022 Washington Post Report, fentanyl is now the leading cause of death in the United States for those aged 18-45.
Last year, the DEA seized enough fentanyl to kill every single person in the United States.
Since Joe Biden took office, there have been 200,000-plus overdose deaths — more U.S. casualties than World War I, Vietnam War, and the Afghanistan and Iraq wars combined.
Under Trump's presidency, America had the first decline in overdose deaths in over 30 years, and teenage overdoses (ages 14 to 18) dropped to a near record low of 253 in 2019.
Under Joe Biden, the number of teenage overdoses has tripled to 884 last year alone – with a 94% increase in overall fentanyl deaths of all ages nationally.
Drug cartels and human smugglers have seen their revenue skyrocket under Joe Biden by an estimated 2500% netting $13 billion this year. Trafficking illegal alien migrants is now a major source of revenue for the drug cartels.
In addition, reports of torture in Mexico have doubled and violence by criminal groups against authorities or large crowds rose 756% in the first half of 2022, compared to the previous year.
In Mexico, over 100,000 civilians are missing or murdered at the hands of cartels, with an average of 25 Mexican citizens disappearing every day.
Why have all these horrible things happened?
Because Joe Biden has effectively reversed the most secure southern border in U.S. history, allowing illicit drugs to flow into our country at an alarming rate.
In his first 100 days, Joe Biden undid 94 of President Trump’s executive orders on immigration alone, enabling over 5.3 million illegal border crossings into the United States since the day he took office — the worst border crisis on record, according to the Department of Homeland Security.
Biden’s open border policies kill innocent Americans, ravage American cities — particularly low-income communities — destabilized large parts of Mexico and Latin America, and vastly strengthened criminal cartels engaged in drug and human trafficking.
That’s why America needs action to secure the border and dismantle the criminal cartels.
The Trump action plan to destroy the cartels once and for all incudes:
- Restore all Trump border policies and ask Congress to make them permanent in federal law in order to fully secure the southern border
- Deploy all necessary military assets, including the U.S. Navy, to impose a full naval embargo on the cartels, to ensure they cannot use our region’s waters to traffic illicit drugs into the United States
- Order the Department of defense to make appropriate use of special forces, cyber warfare, and other covert and overt actions to inflict maximum damage on cartel leadership, infrastructure, and operations
- Designate the major drug cartels as foreign terrorist organizations
- Cut off the cartels’ access to the global financial system
- Get full cooperation of neighboring governments to dismantle cartels, or else fully expose the bribes and corruption that protect these criminal networks
- Ask Congress to ensure drug smugglers and traffickers can receive the death penalty
In Joe Biden’s America, every state is now a border state and American taxpayers are paying the price in both rising crime and rising costs.
Comparatively, New York lawmakers recently approved $2.1 Billion in pandemic relief for undocumented workers, distributing one-time payments of $15,600 to illegal immigrants who lost work during the COVID-19 pandemic. (The New York Times: April 8, 2021).
New York City Mayor Eric Adams recently built a state-of-the-art migrant tent facility, equipped with brand new flat-screen televisions, that a report by the city’s Independent Budget Office estimated cost city tax-payers a whopping $16 million to operate and build.
In March of 2021, the Biden administration inked a $89.6 million deal to lodge 1200 illegal immigrants in southern border hotels, totaling nearly $70,000 per illegal migrant.
According to The Washington Post of April 8, 2021, the Biden administration is spending $60 million per week to shelter unaccompanied minors crossing the border at a pace of nearly 10,000-plus per month.
Joe Biden’s deliberate border destabilization is pushing vulnerable migrant women and children into the arms of the most vicious, violent and predatory criminal networks on Earth.
Over 130,000-plus unaccompanied minors were apprehended at Biden’s "secure" border in 2022, an all-time high according to CBS News and nearly six times the number of unaccompanied children under Donald Trump.
The Daily Mail reported that Texas migrant facilities under Joe Biden were 729% over capacity.
Three months into Biden’s presidency, Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, tweeted that the Donna, Texas, migrant facility was already 1556% over capacity and starving families were permitted to shower only every seven days.
Overcrowding at border facilities remains so rampant that Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, unapologetically pinned the blame for a disturbing new epidemic of migrant children being "starved and sexually abused" squarely upon Joe Biden.
When Joe Biden accidentally described his southern border as a "crisis" during a moment of memory lapse -laden clarity in April 2021, his own White House inexplicably retorted by saying, "The President’s use of the word 'crisis' does not represent the administration’s official position."
Alexander Neville’s mother disagrees.
"People need to understand that this can happen to your family. If you haven’t been impacted by [fentanyl] yet, it’s just a matter of time."
President Trump agrees with her.
And only he has a proven plan to fix it and save lives. Again.
