The right turned out in droves last week for the annual Conservative Political Action Conference, with party superstars like Steve Bannon, Reince Priebus, Kellyanne Conway, and, of course, President Donald Trump speaking to the crowds gathered in National Harbor, Maryland.

On his home turf (a CPAC straw poll estimated that 86 percent of conference attendees approve of Trump's performance so far), Trump delivered a campaign-style address Friday afternoon in which he slammed the "dishonest" media, promised to strengthen the military, and vowed to keep terrorists out of the United States.

"Let me state this as clearly as I can: we are going to keep radical Islamic terrorists the hell out of our country," he said. "We will not be deterred from this cause. And in a matter of days we will be taking brand new action to protect our people and keep America safe. You will see the action."
