First off, there is no "President-Elect Biden" until his election win is certified.

Will that happen? Maybe.

Is there compelling evidence of widespread mail-in voter fraud at a scale that might flip some states from blue to red? Time will tell.

Can attorney Sidney Powell and her expert sources produce promised proof of broad-scale foreign and/or domestic mega manipulation of electronic tallies by Dominion and Smartmatic voting systems? Who knows?

Is such an occurrence technically possible and historically precedented? Read my recent book "Cyberwarfare: Targeting America, Our Infrastructure, and Our Future."

In any case, it is beyond hypocritical to hear the mainstream media who worked so intensively to undermine Trump's presidency now criticize him for reticence to immediately surrender a duplicate set of White House keys to their chosen candidate's self-declared "President-Elect Office of Transition."

Recall the spectacular lack of Obama-Biden cooperation and media support that greeted the Trump administration transition from the get-go, and the hold-over efforts to undermine his presidency to this present day.

What began with Foreign Intelligence Security Act (FISA) court abuses tied to espionage on the 2016 Trump presidential campaign led to years of ultimately disproved "Russian collusion" media hype. This year the same blatant media bias has ignored clear evidence of Biden-family foreign influence peddling far exceeding false corruption charges leveled against Trump in the Democrats' sham impeachment trial.

House Intelligence Chair Adam Schiff, D-Calif., who famously and falsely claimed to have Russian collusion evidence against President Trump and prominently presided over the impeachment theater, now asserts that it would be partisan and "dangerous to our nation's democracy" to launch similar investigations against Biden.

Chutzpa champ Schiff made that stunningly ironic claim during an MSNBC appearance with host Joy Reid, who asked him, "What they want to focus on is investigating. … Is this what we're going to have to sit through for the next four years, Republicans just doing investigations and refusing to legislate?"

Schiff responded: "Well, we may. You know, certainly, I think you're absolutely right about the fact that this wouldn't be going on right now, this obstruction of the transition wouldn't be going on if Republicans weren't allowing it to go on."

Regarding endless investigations, let's remember that the Democratic Obama-Biden administration had directly authorized spying on Trump and his affiliates both prior to and following his inauguration. This, in turn, prompted a concerted post-election Deep State effort to undermine and terminate his presidency.

As reported by Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Chair Ron Johnson, R-Wisc., the FBI's "Crossfire Hurricane" was approved in 2016 to "stir up a scandal" attempt to tie Trump to Russian hacking of the Democratic National Committee email server based upon the "Steele dossier."

All of this was premised upon a bogus "dirty dossier" sponsored and funded by the Hillary Clinton campaign through which the DOJ and FBI obtained FISA court warrants falsely alleging that evidence of "Russian collusion."

In their FISA filings, the agencies omitted known facts that the dossier information was entirely uncorroborated, and a much-hyped and costly 22-month-long Mueller Special Council investigation turned up nothing whatsoever to support the charges.

Fiercely anti-Trump FBI lead attorney Special Counsel Lisa Page had texted her agency lover Assistant Director Peter Strzok who headed the "investigation," writing "[Trump's] not ever going to become president, right?!" Strzok replied, "No. No he's not. We'll stop it."

Were Barrack Obama and Joe Biden aware of this preemptive 2016 election coup?

A January 5, 2017 meeting involving President Obama, Vice President Biden, Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, National Security Advisor Susan Rice and FBI Director James Comey – shortly before Trump's inauguration – reportedly included discussions of how to continue the FBI's Crossfire Hurricane investigation going forward.

During the discussions Biden is reported to have suggested justifying investigations of incoming Trump Security Advisor Lt. General Michael Flynn based upon an obscure 1799 "Logan Act."

Arguably, the most newsworthy scandals on the cusp of the most important American election in modern history, however, are ones that most major media outlets aren't covering.

It is now apparent that truly impeachable offenses were conducted that exactly match the charges launched against President Trump when a presumptive President Biden assumes White House residency.

Paradoxical new revelations leave no doubt that the former vice president, while acting as the Obama administration's lead U.S. Ukrainian and Chinese policy representative, did precisely those things – and more – that Trump was falsely accused of.

President Trump's impeachment featured a charge that during a leaked July 25, 2019 telephone conversation he had pressured Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky for "favors" connected to investigations of Biden family business in return for releasing frozen military aid to the country.

This concern should hardly be surprising. Former VP Biden had publicly bragged about threatening to hold back $1 billion in U.S. military aid if the government didn't fire the prosecutor who was investigating the famously corrupt oil company Burisma where his son Hunter was being paid as a no-show board member.

Most of the American media has steadfastly refused to cover a blockbuster October 14 New York Post feature describing details regarding how the Biden family has also made a lucrative business in peddling Joe's high-level government influence to Chinese oligarchs and other foreign adversaries.

The Post obtained the information from thousands of emails, text messages and personal images found on an unclaimed laptop computer now in the FBI's possession since late 2019 that Biden's son Hunter purportedly left in a Delaware shop for repair.

Again, that same House Intelligence Chair Adam Schiff who famously and falsely claimed to have Russian collusion evidence against President Trump, has predictably once again attributed the Post report to Russian disinformation. Also, once again, there is no evidence of this either.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi once famously pontificated upon announcing President Trump's impeachment that "No one is above the law."

If Democrats take the Senate by winning Georgia, that righteous theory is about to be tested as never before. In that event, don't expect to hear much more about the demons and dealings lurking in Hunter's laptop from hell.
