The facts coming to light now establish that the sale of 20 percent of U.S. uranium was based on fraud. The United States should void the sale immediately. Whether uranium has been shipped outside the United States in violation of the sale agreement is unknown to the American public.

In American law, fraud vitiates any contract, document, or judgment. This the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in the case of U.S. v. Throckmorton. (98 US 61 (1878))

The Washington Post on the evening of Tuesday, October 24, 2017, broke a story that the Democrat National Committee (DNC) and Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign paid for or helped pay for false and scurrilous allegations about Donald Trump known as the “Trump Dossier.”

Somehow, Hillary Clinton and the DNC failed to mention they financed the “dossier” which would indicate that there was possible collusion, if not more, between and among the Hillary Clinton, Clinton campaign officials, the DNC officials, and other Democrats.

The Fusion GPS, Washington political “hired gun” lobbyist firm, hired a former British spy, Christopher Steele, with ties to the FBI to investigate Trump.

Steele prepared a “dossier” with the help of Russian individuals who happen to be Russian secret agents, or not so secret. The "dossier" was given to Fusion GPS and to the FBI. Apparently, Special Counsel Mueller’s team took over the “dossier” from the FBI in the summer of 2017. Mueller’s staff interviewed also in the summer 0f 2017.

Mueller was personally familiar with Russian activities with reference to influencing American national security and elections as of 2009, if not before. This would be true of Holder, Comey, McCabe, and Rosenstein.

The inter-relationship between the Clintons, Holder, Loretta Lynch, Mueller, Comey, Rosenstein, McCabe, and others including Fusion GPS personal and DNC personal was essential to the sale. What did they know and when did they know it? What did they do when they knew it? These people and these questions are worthy of grand jury investigations.

The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) approved the Russian uranium sale in 2010. CFIUS board members included Obama cabinet officers, Hillary Clinton of State and Attorney General Eric Holder. The FBI investigation involving the sale began in 2009. Certainly, the Attorney General knew or should have known of the Russian sale.

Director of National Intelligence and Obama appointee James Clapper said in January before leaving the Directorship on January 20, 2017, that the intelligence agencies had made no judgment that “dossier” information was reliable. A very bureaucratic and evasive statement.

The “dossier” story was the basis for Deputy Attorney General Rob Rosenstein to appoint on May 18, 2017, his friend Robert Mueller a former Director of the FBI (2001-2013) as a Special Counsel.

Mueller was tasked to investigate coordination or links between Russia operatives and the Trump election campaign, Russian influence effecting the presidential election, and related matters.

What we now know is that Mueller, Rosenstein, Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, and Former Attorneys General Eric Holder and James Comey were in positions of influence in 2009-2014 when the various uranium sales to Russia were negotiated and corporate transactions used to disguise the Russian government’s involvement. 20 percent of the U.S. uranium is now controlled by the Russian government.

All these players and others knew of the FBI investigation of bribery, kickbacks, extortion, and even money laundering by Russian parties to the sale in 2009. Somehow the sale of the uranium went through the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). CFIUS is made up of the Departments of State, Justice, Homeland Security, Defense, Commerce, and Energy. Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State (2009- 2013) and Eric Holder was Attorney General (2009-2015).

America in crisis — an un-American crisis. America of 2017 looks like and acts like a country at war with itself. To many citizens, America of October 2017 is much like Germany in the years after World War I. Germany was in ruins emotionally, mentally, morally, and politically. Trouble makers took to the streets. The government was in disarray.

The conduct of responsible government officials who knew or should have known of the facts surrounding the sale to Russian fronts for the Russian government of strategic national security materials and flow of money to America persons, foundations, or organizations must be matters for federal grand jury investigations.
