Will the Democratic House Uphold Immigration Law?

Sunday, November 27, 2018, saw a publicized assault by at least 500 foreign nationals on the United States Southern border, at San Ysidro, California, filmed by CNN and others. In a later television interview, DHS Secretary Nielsen said 1,000 migrants stormed the border crossing.

San Ysidro is the world’s largest land border crossing.

To the East from San Ysidro across to the Gulf of Mexico, illegal aliens are crossing in large, but unverified numbers. An estimated 1,000-5,000 illegal aliens cross the U.S. Southern border each day. Many illegal border-crossers claim asylum if and when they are apprehended by the Border Patrol.

It is a crime for a foreign national to enter the United States without inspection. (8 USC section 1325).

Presently, the number of non-Mexican people in Tijuana, Mexico, waiting to enter the U.S. rises daily. This “caravan” of Central Americans and unknown others in Tijuana is the first of three “caravans” demanding entry into America. The three “caravans” would total about 15,000 members.

How did the “caravans” come to pass? Are the “caravans” spontaneous events or well-organized and planned assaults on America? Who is caring for, feeding, housing, and assisting these human beings? Who is financing the travel necessities for the travelers? Lastly, when the migrants surged to the U.S. border why were a few women and children among the leading element? Why are asylum-seekers throwing rocks, bottles, and other missiles at the Border Patrol agents?

These questions are not being asked by the news media nor anyone else. If not, why not?

The “caravans” are not spontaneous happenings. They are well organized sponsored exploitations to embarrass and enervate President Trump and America.

Persons and /or groups financing the “caravans” are using the migrants as pawns in an attempt to take down America.

Women and children are being used as shields and shills and to evoke sympathy. In America, putting children in such dangerous stings would cause the children’s parents to be charged with child abuse.

Why would persons seeking to enter a foreign sovereign country desiring asylum or refuge attempt forced entry with a criminal surge? It would only occur if the entrants were criminals or persons not truly wanting lawful entry.

Some migrants are carrying and waving national flags of Honduras and other countries. Is this a behavior of asylees or refugees hoping to be accepted in a new and accepting country? Or is the flag-carrying a sign of invasion by way of assault?

On Sunday, November 25, 2018, during an interview on NBC’s "Meet the Press," Congressman Elijah Cummings (D-MD) stated all migrants should be admitted into the United States, so they can claim asylum. Cummings knows better, but politics trumps patriotism.

On Sunday, November 25. 2018, CNN reported that most of the 5,000 migrants in Tijuana wanted to claim asylum. Yet, a CNN reporter noted that most of the young male migrants wanting to enter the U.S. would not seek asylum. They claimed to be seeking economic relief. Young males appear to be about 90 percent of the Tijuana “caravan” members.

When the migrants surged the border, the Border Patrol was required to use pepper balls/OC pepper spray and tear gas to quell the would-be invaders.

Democrats, anarchists, airheaded-entertainment types, and America-haters, all denounce the use of tear gas and pepper balls to repel the migrant-invaders. They fail to acknowledge that the assaulting migrants threw projectiles at the Border Patrol officers — meaning to harm the officers. They also forget the Obama administration used pepper balls/pepper spray and tear gas along the border.

Depending on your political view, these “caravans” are an invasion of foreign nationals made up of many undesirables or suffering human beings searching for a decent life.

These migrants are claiming asylum or refugee status knowing they have no valid right to such claims. They are doing what open-borders advocates are telling them to do and what to say to access the America.

Will the new Democrat-controlled House of Representatives side with the foreign nationals and provide easy entry into the country and accede to their demands? Or will they side with the law?

Americans await the House Democrats’ actions.
