Republicans are united in their effort to continue Bush-era tax cuts for everyone, not just those with annual income of less than $200,000. So it’s no surprise that former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, in Iowa Thursday to promote her new book, pointed out how the Democratic stance on taxes would hurt the state’s residents, as
The Hill reports .

In a posting on Twitter, Palin writes, “today from here in Iowa @ book signing; No doubt hard working Iowa residents will agree that Obama Tax Hikes (29 days from now) will slam 'em.”
Palin, a potential presidential candidate, has visited Iowa, home to the nation’s first presidential primary, several times. But she has definitively declined to discuss any presidential aspirations there. Her book is titled “America by Heart: Reflections on Family, Faith, and Flag.”
