Donald Trump’s interest in the presidency hasn’t dulled his instincts for a good deal. The real estate magnate and television personality picked up the 800 acre Kluge Estate Winery and Vineyard at the fire sale price of $6 million, The
Washington Post reports.

The property, once owned by socialite Patricia Kluge, is located just outside Charlottesville and nearby the estate of the nation’s third president, Thomas Jefferson. It was purchased at a bank auction by a Trump representative. Trump also owns the Trump National Golf in Loudoun Country, Va.
“I’m really interested in good real estate, not so much in wine. This place had a $28 million mortgage on it, and I bought it for $6.2 million,” Trump told the Post. He added he would likely keep Kluge on to run the vineyard but his name will be on the label.
“Of course, it’s only Trump. Everything is Trump,” he told the Post.
