More Ways to Lose Fat

I recently wrote about the book French Wine for a Flat Belly, which offers good information about how to control belly fat with natural products.

Another program, called Fat Extinguisher by Troy Adashun provides additional information on natural ways to control fat.

With his protocol, Adashun says a person can lose 3 pounds in 18 hours, 10 to 13 pounds in the first week, and 31 or more pounds in 2-4 weeks. He stresses that what you need to do is to increase the levels of human growth hormone (HGH) in the body by avoiding yogurt, oatmeal, potatoes, and peas.

He also indicates minimal that exercise is needed —just five minutes of just walking after dinner, for instance.

Studies published by the American Medical Association show that the standard diet programs and low-fat diets by themselves do not get rid of belly fat and other adverse fats.

The weight loss achieved through Adashun’s program alters hormone levels, leading to regression of Type 2 diabetes and hypertension. This natural method for decreasing body fat is highly desirable and has very good results.
