Live Longer With Antioxidants

Anti-aging and longevity are hot topics in the world of nutrition. The science of longevity is based on reducing oxidative stress and quenching free radicals. I want to explore the many ways we can increase antioxidants in our bodies.

I am going to show you techniques and supplements that can increase your energy and help you feel and look younger. But be warned: This is not an overnight transformation; longevity regimes take time to fully manifest in the body.

Vitamin C
Vitamin C is one of the most powerful antioxidants, and is widely available in different formulations and supplements. With vitamin C, you can enjoy a stronger immune system, stronger hair, skin, and nails, and many other benefits.

My favorite form of vitamin C is a fat soluble form called lypospheric C, which is 200 times more absorbed than regular vitamin C.

Lypospheric comes as an easy-to-use gel that you squeeze into water and drink on an empty stomach.

Glutathione
This master antioxidant has the power to recycle other antioxidants in the bloodstream making free radical absorbing capacities much stronger.

Glutathione as an antioxidant effects every system in the body from the immune system to the nervous system. It is so powerful it can affect and protect even our DNA.

I recommend the same lypospheric form of glutathione in the same easy to consume gel.

Super Oxide Dismutase
This substance which is high in tortoises that live to be 200 years old. Super oxide has the ability to dramatically extend life and reduce oxidative stress.

It acts as a powerful anti-inflammatory and can reduce pain throughout the body. SOD also helps reduce toxicity in the body and can help treat disease such as inflammatory bowel disease.

It comes in an easy-to-use form as a supplement you can take daily. In the presence of high stress you can take more SOD to reduce the stressful effects.

I have fallen in love with these types of supplements; they just make you feel so good and strong.
