5 Simple Ways Manage Your Weight

Today we start our discussion on appetite control with some of the most essential and fundamental weight management strategies.

1. Don't drink sugary liquids; eat the fruit don't drink the juice!

2. Take an aggressive look at your dairy consumption; too much simple sugar lurking everywhere. Try almond milk especially the unsweetened variety.

3. Make your protein intake equal to the amount in pounds that you want to weigh. For example: if you want to weigh 140 pounds, consume 140 grams of protein a day.

4. Watch out for hidden sugar in condiments, including pasta sauce.

5. Even moderate alcohol consumption is a problem if you are trying to lose weight.

That's a good start!

Give those tips a try and watch the pounds and cravings go away.
