To make energy, we need substrates, vitamins, and enzymes.

Taking the correct supplements, pure and in safe dosages that our bodies crave, will make energy production in mitochondria more efficient.

Supplements that are required for better energy production in the Krebs Cycle are:

• B12 (100 mg), which provides substrate support.

• L-carnitine (500-1,000 mg), an amino acid that mitochondria to use as fuel.

• Green tea extract (200 mg), an antioxidant that detoxifies the liver and other organs, allowing energy production to occur.

• Coenzyme Q10 (100mg), one of the eight enzymes that control the Krebs Cycle. Research shows we can absorb it from supplements, allowing us to produce more high-quality, high-energy molecules.
