Simple Ways to Treat Stubborn Scars

I have delivered two children through Caesarean section. Is there anything I can do to reduce the scar?

Depending on your skin type, genetics, and scar size, the answer may be yes or just maybe.

To reduce the scar, don’t let your weight fluctuate, eat a diet rich in dark leafy green vegetables, and drink lots of water. Avoid soda, caffeine, alcohol, and sugar substitutes.

Apply vitamin A and E skin cream and oil to the scar. Some people use coconut oil with good results.

Take omega-3 fish oil supplements and try hyaluronic acid peels.

Also, expert cosmetic and plastic surgeons can work to minimize the scar.
