I'd like to try a fasting diet in which I would have only liquids for two days a week. Do you see any harm in it?
As long as you don’t eat junk and processed foods the rest of the week, and instead stick to well-balanced, organic foods, there shouldn’t be a problem with doing a two-day fast each week.
The question is: What do you plan to drink during the fast?
If it’s a premade solution, read the label to make sure there are no chemicals like maltodextrin, corn syrup, or other processed ingredients that will sabotage your good intentions.
If you opt for natural, clean, organic liquids, you may have found a good way of balancing your diet.
