The Myth of Age

Dr. Schwartz By Friday, 09 August 2019 01:47 PM Current | Bio | Archive

Should you spend a little time learning about yourself, getting a deeper understanding of how your body works, you will quickly see that the outside follows the inside and you can feel fantastic for an entire lifetime, no matter your chronologic age.

Keep in mind, chronologic age was created by humans, and it doesn’t necessarily ever have to connect to physiologic or biologic age.

I promise that if you stay with me and believe me that what you see outside is only a reflection of what is going on inside, you will have won at least 80 percent of the battle to feel great and stay young and healthy for life.

I’ve been able to help my patients raise enjoyment of their lives to levels they never knew possible. I can tell you with certainty and pride that my patients and I successfully win the fight every single day against getting old and sick.

You can alter your life so that you age, not gracefully, but successfully, with passion and a fantastic attitude, full of energy, sprinting out of bed in the morning, and above all, feeling great.

Isn’t that what we all want?
