Holistic Protocol for Blood Pressure

By Friday, 29 December 2017 01:38 PM Current | Bio | Archive

Holistic medicine is the use of natural products to treat the underlying causes of disease, rather than just the symptoms, as we do with most prescription medications. It’s a trend that is increasing in popularity.

Blood pressure medications are used to treat one of the major medical problems we have in the US, particularly with the increase of obesity.

But new information has come out indicating that some blood pressure medications have significant side effects, including increased risk of stroke and cardiac problems — in some cases raising risk as much as 200 percent.

For women, it is important to note that there is a 25 percent increase in breast cancer risk for those taking blood pressure medications.

The good news is that by changing your diet, blood pressure can be brought under control in two weeks, thus avoiding the need for blood pressure medications. For more information, search online under “Blood Pressure Protocol.”

The data for this protocol diet was derived from an Indian tribe in Brazil that lives in the upper Amazon and has very low instances of high blood pressure and very low instances of cardiac problems. Their diet is what is presented in the Blood Pressure Protocol.
