Thursday, 12 January 2012 09:54 AM

Question: Is there any cure for heart arrhythmia? Are there any natural remedies or lifestyle changes that might help me?

Dr. Hibberd's answer:

Certain lifestyle changes may help, they include: eating heart-healthy foods, increasing your physical activity, quitting smoking, cutting back on caffeine and alcohol, reducing the amount of stress in your life by adopting yoga or meditation, and avoiding stimulant medications, such as medications found in over-the-counter treatments for colds and nasal congestion.
