Should I Consider The Blood Type Diet?

Wednesday, 21 July 2010 12:39 PM

Question: A friend of mine is recommending the Blood Type Diet. Is this diet worth considering?

Dr. Hibber'ds Answer:

The "blood-type" diet has long been refuted as bogus by the scientific community. Despite its author's claim of references to support his claims, they have failed to support his misguided conclusions of a difference in diet depending upon your ABO blood type. The suppositions and conclusions supplied by this diet's author are imaginary and are indeed false claims, and repeated attempts to duplicate its authors findings have failed. I recommend you avoid it.
