Life Plan Diet Success Stories

Chauncey Crandall, M.D. By Friday, 13 July 2018 01:39 PM EDT Current | Bio | Archive

Here are some examples of people who have benefited from my Life Plan Diet, as outlined in my book “Simple Heart Cure”:

Lee, 56, was a marketing director who suffered a heart attack due to a major blockage in his left anterior descending artery. Afterward, he did very well, but he was still about 45 pounds overweight.

Lee and his wife, Sandra, came to see me. They brought with them a copy of my book. I pointed out the diet in the back, and they immediately embraced it, changing their eating habits.

Within six months, Lee had lost most of that excess weight, and his wife, who was only about 10 pounds overweight, slimmed down as well.

Thanks to the diet, Lee’s total cholesterol dropped from 260 to 145, and his LDL cholesterol plummeted from 165 to 64.

Sandra, like many women who follow the diet, had a more difficult time, but when she added a few pieces of dried fruit to the menu, she stuck with it better.

Alex, 48, came to see me after suffering a heart attack on the right side of his heart. He had also developed some mild heart failure.

The doctors he had seen wanted to put him on several cardiac drugs as well as high blood pressure medication, but that meant taking the medicines for the rest of his life. He wanted no part of that.

Because he was serious about getting off medication, particularly the high blood pressure pills, Alex stuck to the Life Plan Diet scrupulously.

After four months he had lost the weight. Not only that, but taking him off the blood pressure pills turned out to be a simple task. After his weight loss, the medication, actually made his blood pressure too low.
