Both Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease can result in a diminished brain function. The diagnosis most elderly patients fear is dementia.

What conventional medicine should be focusing on is identifying what are the underlying causative factors that predispose people to illnesses such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s.

Once those factors are known, we can begin to implement steps to prevent dementia-related illnesses.

Although I don’t have a final answer on how to prevent all cases of dementia, I can certainly give you good advice which will not only help protect your brain from developing a neurological illness but give your brain its best chance to heal from injury.

One crucial step to preventing neurological illness is to minimize the toxic load on the brain.

We live in a polluted society. In our modern world, we are exposed to an ever-increasing number of toxic chemicals.

The brain is a very sensitive organ and can become compromised from toxic exposures.

What items are responsible for this toxic exposure? Heavy metals can poison not only the liver and kidneys but the brain as well.
