How much water do you recommend someone drink?

Dr. Brownstein's Answer:

An easy formula is to take your weight in pounds and divide by two; the resulting number is the amount of water you should ingest, in ounces, every day.

Dehydration worsens all health problems, increases the signs of aging (e.g., wrinkling of the skin), leads to a poor immune system, and can cause hormonal imbalances. Drinking adequate amounts of pure water can go a long way toward improving anyone’s health.
