Toxins Provoke Diabetes

Russell Blaylock, M.D. By Tuesday, 20 June 2017 03:44 PM EDT Current | Bio | Archive

As we age, our bodies become progressively more inflamed. This is a major reason why the risk of Type 2 diabetes increases as we get older.

Toxins aggravate and worsen the inflammation that leads to diabetes. Therefore, a vital step in reducing your risk of diabetes as you age is to reduce your exposure to toxins such as:

• Mercury

• Aluminum

• Cadmium

• Lead

• Pesticides

• Herbicides

• Industrial chemicals

The major sources of mercury contamination are dental fillings and mercury-containing vaccines.

People with amalgam fillings should strongly consider having them removed by a specially trained dentist, who can then replace them with ceramic fillings.

Vaccines expose people to high concentrations of both mercury and aluminum, which inflame the brain and other organs.

While most childhood vaccines no longer contain the mercury preservative thimerosal, the flu vaccine for both adults and children still contains a full dose of mercury.

In my opinion, the flu vaccine is worthless as a preventative measure.

For additional information on the other toxic metals associated with inflammation, see my book, “Health and Nutrition Secrets That Can Save Your Life.”
