Reducing Inflammation

Question: Are you aware of claims of the new product “AnataBloc?” The makers claim is very effective in reducing inflammation and lowering C-reactive protein.

Dr. Blaylock's Answer:

Yes, I have seen it. Based on the ingredients — white willow bark, glucosamine, and chondroitin sulfate — it is really not a new product at all. But all of the ingredients will reduce joint pain and inflammation and help repair joint structure. There are far better anti-inflammatories, such as curcumin, quercetin, n-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC), vitamin D3, vitamins C and E (as mixed tocopherols and tocotrienols), and magnesium. These compounds also have tremendous anti-cancer effectiveness.
