By    |   Friday, 18 April 2014 04:37 PM EDT

Millions of Americans will observe Easter Sunday by indulging in marshmallow Peeps, Cadbury Crème Eggs, and chocolate bunnies. But what will it take to burn off those sweet indulgences?

Self.com has come up with the following breakdown for how much time you may need to spend exercising to compensate for the extra calories (based on calories burned by a 135-pound woman).

Peeps: 140 calories (5 chicks): Peeps have no fat content, but each one contains about seven grams of sugar. Calorie-burning exercise: About 20 minutes of moderate rowing.

Cadbury Creme Egg: 150 calories: This treat packs 6 grams of fat and 20 grams of sugar into one little egg. Exercise: A 30-minute game of doubles tennis.
