CNN Exit Poll: 55 Percent of SC Voters Decided Early On

Fifty-five percent of Republicans voting Saturday in the South Carolina primary said that they made their decision earlier in the process, while 44 percent made their choice this week, according to CNN exit poll results.

In addition, 73 percent said they were born-again Christian, versus 27 percent who said they were not.

The polls in the Palmetto State close at 7 p.m. ET.
