Ohio Gov. John Kasich blasted GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump's plan to ship 11 million illegal immigrants out of the country then allow some to return legally.

"Come on, folks. We all know you can't pick them up and ship them across, back across the border," Kasich said. "It is a silly argument. It is not an adult argument."

"All I can say is, you're lucky in Ohio that you struck oil. That is for one thing," Trump shot back, then told of President Dwight Eisenhower moving immigrants out of the country.

"Moved them just beyond the border. They came back," he said. "Moved them again, beyond the border, they came back. Didn't like it. Moved them way south. They never came back."

Kasich responded that his state was much more diversified than oil.

"Little false things, sir, they don't work when it comes to the truth," Kasich told Trump.

"I built an unbelievable company worth billions and billions of dollars. I don't have to hear from this man. Believe me. I don't have to hear from him," Trump replied.
