John Hogue, a noted futurist and forecaster co-authored the following article.
The polls were wrong in 2016 and Donald Trump defeated Hillary Clinton.
Now prophecy and Nostradamus expert John Hogue who appears regularly on my "Coast to Coast" radio show and who has predicted all the recent presidential elections has come forward with his major prediction: Donald Trump gets relected by the electoral college. Read this carefully:
John Hogue's Presidential Prediction: Who Will Win the Popular Vote? Who Will Win the "Unpopular Vote"?
Every four years I receive an intense spike of national and international interest when I predict who a majority of the American people want to be their president. I have documented all of my predictions since Nixon versus Humphrey in 1968 up to the last presidential election held in 2016. I am currently 13 and 0 in my 48-year winning streak.
So here in brief are my predictions for 2020.
They are covered in great detail in my 50th book, "John Hogue’s 2020 Presidential Predictions."
This prediction was date-tagged on Oct. 15, 2020.
It will attempt to divine who will be elected president by the popular vote and possibly by an "unpopular" electoral vote, or by any rare U.S. constitutional means that does not involve the public.
The winner by popular vote will be Joe Biden.
I also predict, we will see the margin of his popular vote win be clouded and hard to substantiate because of the coming chaos and abuses by both sides — by either stuffing or harvesting ballots or taking voters off ledgers.
I estimate the popular vote margin will be less than the 2% (2.8 million) that Hillary Clinton had over Trump. I’m seeing margins potentially as tight as somewhere in-between what happened with Nixon losing to Kennedy in 1960 (a difference of 112,000).
Or, only nearly as high as Nixon winning against Humphrey (in 1968), under 500,000.
And there will be many more voting in 2020 than 2016.
We could see something approaching 150 million. I will declare my 13 and 0, 48-year winning streak broken only if Donald Trump wins the popular vote over Joe Biden, taking me to 13 and 1.
Now to my final predictions about the unpopular vote winner:
Thirteen months before the 2016 election I predicted he was the only Republican who could win an upset victory (Electoral College) against Hillary Clinton who would win the popular vote. Both predictions were fulfilled. I’m trying another "unpopular" vote prediction for 2020. Donald Trump will win the "unpopular" vote once again (expanding options to include with the Electoral College some U.S. Supreme Court ruling or the application of the Article 12 of the U.S. Constitution).
He will have a second term.
Trump’s Electoral College victory will be larger than 304 (2016) — closer to 320 this time.
