Ridding Trump of 'Counter-State' Can End Constitutional Crisis

It’s increasingly clear that President Trump and his agenda are confronting not just a so-called deep state, but a "counter-state" — an institutionalized effort to subvert and otherwise thwart our elected chief executive.

New undercover videos by James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas identify individuals nominally working for the president, but actually working against him.

Ditto the recent, "anonymous" op-ed in The New York Times.

And then there are those who formerly engaged in such activity, like ex- CIA Director John Brennan, who are now publicly urging their colleagues still on the inside to refuse to follow the President’s legal orders. Specifically, they seek to block the declassification of documents detailing the counter-state’s efforts to defeat him — before and after the 2016 election.

What’s underway is a full-blown crisis for our constitutional republic. Vote this fall to drain the swamp. It may be our last chance.
