Do you ever spend any time in your day doing some kind of mindful thinking, or reflecting on self-improvement?

Susan was reading a Harvard Business Review article recently, about the importance and power of mindful thinking, where the authors recommend doing that for ten minutes per day.

Sounds simple enough, yet Susan's sure that 80% or more of us don't carve out the time to do it. She suggests that perhaps you should consider a coach to create discipline around you and your business and to hold you accountable.
