Dollar Libor-OIS Spread Sinks to Its Lowest Level Since April

Sept. 10 (Bloomberg) -- The dollar Libor-OIS spread, a gauge of banks’ reluctance to lend, narrowed to 9.72 basis points as of 12:06 p.m. in London. That’s the first time the spread has dropped below 10 basis points since April 26.
