The U.S. probe of SAC Capital Advisors LP is "ongoing," and the indictment against the hedge fund founded and owned by Steven Cohen addresses the fund’s “pervasive” illegal conduct, Manhattan U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara said in an interview on the CBS television program “This Morning.”
