Buffett Shuns IPOs, Says Sellers Aren't Offering Him Bargains

Warren Buffett, the billionaire chairman and chief executive officer of Berkshire Hathaway Inc., said he shuns purchasing stocks in initial public offerings because he can find better deals elsewhere.

“I can’t recall when I bought an IPO, literally in 50 years,” Buffett said in an interview today on Fox Business Network. “Why would a seller come to market and offer something at a bargain?”
