Why is Congress figuratively foaming at the mouth over Russian interference in the past presidential election?

Isn’t the problem the seemingly incontrovertible fact that Mrs. Clinton’s emails showed that she was using the Clinton Foundation to funnel bribes in return for special favors while she was Secretary of State?

Or that she was using a tax-exempt foundation as the cover story to fund her personal and political ambitions?

Common sense tells me that emails and the operations of the Clinton Foundation are hard evidence. But where is there even a wisp of evidence that the Russians interfered in the election?

And what about the dossier about Trump that somehow got leaked from the CIA?

Anybody with a lick of common sense would want to find out who is leaking a phony report from the CIA to discredit a presidential candidate.

I accept that the Democrats and a lot of others have gone over the edge with Trump Derangement Syndrome, but what’s up with Republican political establishment?

Are they so angry that their preferred establishment candidate didn’t win that they have lost their critical thinking skills post-election?  That is, of course, presuming that they had any before the election.

It is a fact that Obamacare is crashing around our ears—except for those who are in government.  Congress and the judiciary come under a different set of rules.

Obamacare was doomed from the start. I recall seeing some videos of Johnathan Gruber, the architect of this horror story, admitting that Obamacare was one big deception.

Okay, it was debatable in 2010. But now?

Common sense would normally tell us to take the losses as sunk costs and immediately repeal and replace this national catastrophe.

So how can anyone explain why this has not been the highest priority of Congress?

What sort of logic is being used by Congress to investigate the non-existence of the Russian’s skewing the election so Hillary would lose to Trump over the real plight of 330 million Americans (and illegals) trapped in a cratering health care system?

The demonstrable fact is that there is not a single government-run program-- by 1000 federal agencies-- that is not screwed up.

Why in the world should Congress think that the government has any ability to run the national health care system?  It defies common sense.

What’s worse, because of the way Congress self-imposes unfathomable rules, they let slide the tragedy we call our income tax system until they first deal with Obamacare.

It boggles the mind.

Congress gets elected under the principle of the voting majority rules.

Why isn’t that good enough for Congress to follow the same principle?

Can it be that Congress suffers from a common sense deficiency?
