Wells Fargo to Face Borrowers' Discrimination Claim, Court Rules

Wells Fargo & Co. must face two California borrowers’ claims that it violated the Equal Credit Opportunity Act by telling them they were in default while they made payments under a loan modification agreement with the bank, a federal appeals court in San Francisco said.
